semanage 是可以设定 SELinux 的工具，在 RHEL / CentOS minimal 安装后，并没有安装 semanage，执行会出现 command noy found:
semanage command not found
在 RHEL 8 及 CentOS 8 只要用 dnf 安装 policycoreutils-python-utils 套件即可：
# dnf install policycoreutils-python-utils
安装好 policycoreutils-python-utils 便可以正常执行 semanage.
